Subscriptions are sold and billed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy. You manage everything in the customer portal.
- Go to Account and click Open customer portal.
- Enter the email you used at checkout and open the sign-in link you receive.
- Choose what to change.
What you can do there
- Switch plans: move between Starter, Pro, Pro+ and Business.
- Cancel or resume: a cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- Update your payment method or add another card.
- Download invoices and add your VAT or tax ID for future invoices.
- See your license key.
After you change plans
Open the extension and click Check again under Your plan. Otherwise it updates by itself within a day.
