What you download
Shopify Inbox shows your conversations on screen, but gives you no file. InboxExport adds the missing download.

One row per conversation, with the whole chat in one cell, its status, who handled it and topic tags. Prefer one row per message? Switch it in the extension. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.

No. Conversations go straight from Shopify Inbox to your computer. InboxExport only reads them. It never replies, closes chats or marks anything as read.
