The rules for using the InboxExport extension and website.
These terms are between you and “Dev with George”, located at Leoforos Vasilissis Olgas 83, 54642, Thessaloniki Greece (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the InboxExport extension or website, you agree to them. If you use InboxExport for a business, you confirm you can agree for that business.
InboxExport is a Chrome extension that exports conversations from Shopify Inbox to files on your computer. A free plan and paid plans are available, as described on our pricing page.
InboxExport is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Shopify Inc. It works by reading data that Shopify Inbox shows to you when you are signed in. Shopify can change Inbox at any time, which may stop InboxExport working until we update it. We can’t guarantee that InboxExport will keep working with every future version of Shopify Inbox.
Paid plans are sold by Lemon Squeezy acting as our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles payment, tax and invoices. Your purchase is also covered by Lemon Squeezy’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically every 7 days or every month, depending on the plan you choose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the customer portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. See our refund policy.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InboxExport for the plan you have chosen. Each license key can be active in up to two browsers at a time. You may not resell, share publicly, copy, modify, reverse-engineer or work around the plan limits of InboxExport. If such action is found or recognized by any means, we will immediately terminate your license key and hold your funds for not adhering to our terms and conditions.
We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue InboxExport, we’ll tell paying customers in advance and accept cancelations prior to the app updates.
InboxExport is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, including that it will be error-free or that exports will be complete, for example if Shopify Inbox changes or returns incomplete data.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
You can stop using InboxExport at any time by removing the extension and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend a license that is used in breach of these terms. Please note that disabling the app from your browser will not automatically cancel your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
