Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically for the period you choose, every 7 days or every month. Cancel or switch plans at any time from your customer portal on the Account page. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Prices in USD. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout. No. Install the extension and it runs on the Free plan straight away: the last 10 days of conversations, with customers anonymised. Upgrade only if you need more history or customer names.

Open your customer portal from the Account page and cancel there. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. After that, the extension goes back to the Free plan. Files you already exported are yours to keep.
Yes. Open your customer portal from the Account page and switch to another plan. The extension picks up the change the next time you open it.
Both are subscriptions that renew automatically. 7 days renews every 7 days and monthly renews every month. Monthly is the cheaper option: it costs 20–42% less than paying for 7 days over the same time, so it suits stores that export regularly. Business is monthly only.
No. Prices are in USD, and VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Shopify Inbox only links a chat to a customer record when the shopper is known to your store. Guests who chat without an account or past order only have the name they typed, so there is no email or order history to add.
As far back as your Shopify Inbox history goes. Business can pick any start and end date; the other plans export the last 10, 30, 60 or 90 days. Big date ranges are saved as several zip files so your browser stays fast.
Our Starter, Pro, Pro+ plans allow you to use the extension to one browser at a time. Our Business plan allows you to use the same extension to 2 browsers at a time. Remove it from one browser in the extension to use it somewhere else.
