Accessibility statement

Last updated: 3 November 2026

We want everyone to be able to use InboxExport, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader, zoom or other assistive technology. This statement explains where things stand and how to tell us about a problem.

What this statement covers

  • The website at inboxexport.com
  • The InboxExport Chrome extension, including its popup and on-page progress panel

The service

InboxExport is run by “Dev with George”, located at Leoforos Vasilissis Olgas 83, 54642, Thessaloniki, Greece. The Chrome extension exports Shopify Inbox conversations to files on your computer: a CSV spreadsheet, a plain-text transcript and JSON. You use it from your browser, while signed in to your Shopify admin.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance.

What we have done

  • Added a “Skip to content” link so keyboard users can go straight to the page content.
  • Checked that heading levels on the website follow a logical order, without skipped levels.
  • Used plain-text export formats that can be opened in the spreadsheet or text software you already use.

Known limitations

  • Large spreadsheets: an exported conversation can be long, which may make some spreadsheet cells hard to read with a screen reader. The plain-text transcript is an easier alternative.
  • Testing so far: we have not yet completed full testing with screen readers, so you may find barriers we haven’t. Please tell us if you do.

Services run by others

Some steps happen on services we don’t control, so we can’t fix their accessibility ourselves: Shopify Inbox and the Shopify admin, the Chrome Web Store, and the Lemon Squeezy checkout and customer portal. If one of these blocks you, tell us and we’ll try to find another way to help, such as completing a task with you by email.

Report a problem or ask for help

If you can’t use part of InboxExport, or you need information in another format, email [email protected]. Please tell us the page or feature, what happened, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We usually reply within 2 business days.

Changes

We’ll review this statement when the website or extension changes significantly, and update the date at the top.
